Room rates exclude city tax (5%).Room rates exclude breakfast (€10 per person from 07.00 till 11.00 in the week, and weekends and public holidays from 09:00 till 11:30). Minimum stay during the weekend is two nights.
The standard terms and conditions of the Horeca federation for the hotel industry are applicable to all our reservations, transactions and services, with the following exceptions:
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is confirmed by credit card. It can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days prior to your arrival date. If cancelled later, the full amount will be charged with a maximum of 3 days of the total reservation. Non Refundable reservation can not be changed or canceled. The full amount will be charged to your credit card upon booking.
We kindly request you to inform us on your estimated time of arrival in the hotel and your flight details, so we can provide you with our best check-in. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us during office hours.
You can check in to NL-Hotel between 14:00 to latest 23:00. For check in's after 23.00h there's an additional fee of €25,-.
